Fashion has interested me for a very long time, as a designer working outside the fashion industry you still have to appreciable how the ascetic qualities of a item play a very important part along with the practicality of a item these all have to work together to produce what we consider to be good design.
Women’s fashions brings together these qualities together working in harmony, unfortunately there are times when fashion can also illustrate how this can go very wrong.
A collector of vintage fashions
More recently I started collecting original ladies vintage wear and accessories although this is a unusually hobby for a man I am no way unique with my liking for vintage style, collecting vintage fashions is not only about the clothes, accessories and style wonderful these are on there own right for me it also brings into play social history which help to put every thing into prospective.
My collection Started with just one Nineteen Fifties handbag, my collection continued to grow over the years, today it features original vintage ladies fashion and accessories from the Nineteen Twenties to the Swinging Sixties.
